Shipping Options

We offer two premium shipping methods to ensure your Luxe Rings arrive safely:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Luxe Rings purchase. Our returns policy reflects our commitment to quality and customer service excellence.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery when accompanied by:

  • Original packaging
  • All certificates of authenticity
  • Return authorization (RMA number)

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our exacting quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-designed or engraved jewelry from our Men’s Rings and Women’s Rings collections
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage

The Luxe Returns Process

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Prepare Your Package: Include all original packaging, certificates, and the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior

Refund Timeline & Methods

Upon approval of your return:

Exchange Process

For exchanges of equal or greater value:

For exchanges of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
