Our Return Commitment
We accept returns of unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery, accompanied by original packaging and certificates. Please note:
- Custom-made or engraved pieces cannot be returned (see non-returnable items)
- All returns require prior authorization
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
The Luxe Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our concierge team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt using our provided template below
- Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Prepare Your Package: Include all original packaging, certificates, and the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior
- Ship Securely: Return via insured courier (DHL/FedEx recommended) to our atelier: Luxe Rings Shop

Refund Timeline & Methods
Upon approval of your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3 business days after inspection completion
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation when processing begins
Note: Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of equal or greater value:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify your desired replacement item in your return request
- Our concierge will coordinate the shipment of your new item once the return is approved
For exchanges of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-designed or engraved jewelry from our Men’s Rings and Women’s Rings collections
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage
- Products without original certification documents
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
